复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗感染性荨麻疹65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨感染性荨麻疹的最佳治疗方法。方法将入选的110例感染性荨麻疹住院患者分为对照组(45例)和治疗组(65例)进行回顾性分析,对照组予头孢类抗生素或抗病毒类静滴,同时口服依巴斯丁片(<6岁儿童口服地氯雷他定),1次/d,共7d。治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷注射液静滴,1次/d,共7d。结果治疗结束时即7d后治疗组痊愈率81.54%、有效率96.92%;对照组痊愈率62.22%、有效率80%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。14d后治疗组痊愈率98.67%、有效率100%;对照组痊愈率91.11%、有效率97.78%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用复方甘草酸苷治疗感染性荨麻疹较常规治疗的效果好,尤其适用于感染性荨麻疹有激素禁忌证患者。Objective To investigate the best therapeutic approach for infectious urticaria. Methods A total of 110 inpatients with infectious urticaria were divided into the control group （45 cases） and the treatment group （65 cases）. The control group was intravenously given either cephalosporin antibiotics or antiviral agents, in addition to oral ebastine tablets （ 〈 6 years old children, oral desloratadine）,once daily for 7d. The treatment group also was intravenously given compound glycyrrhizin in addition to the drugs used in controls, once daily for 7d. Results At the end of treatment,both the cure rate and effective rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in controls （ cure rate 81.54% vs. 62.22% ,effective rate 96.92% vs. 80% ; P 〈 0.05 for both）. However,7 days after the treatment, both the cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group did not significantly differ from that in controls （ cure rate 98. 67% vs. 91. 11%, effective rate 100% vs. 97.78% ; P 〉 0.05 for both）. Conclusion Conventional regimen in combination with compound glycyrrhizin is more effective than conventional regimen for infectious urticaria. This combination therapy is particularly useful for patients with contradiction to glucocorticoids.
