金蝉止痒胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症96例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金蝉止痒胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的186例老年皮肤性皮肤瘙痒症分为两组,均每日口服盐酸西替利嗪10mg,同时治疗组加服金蝉止痒胶囊6粒,3次/d。结果治疗组96例,有效率83.33%,对照组90例,有效率61.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应轻微。结论金蝉止痒胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效确切,不良反应轻微,安全性好。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Jinchan antipruritic capsule combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride in the treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods One hundred and eightysix cases of senile skin pruritus were selected and divided into two groups, treated by daily oral 10mg of cetirizine hydrochloride. At the same time, the treatment group had ]inchan antipruritic capsule 6 grain, 3 times a day. Results The treatment group of 96 cases showed an efficiency of 83.33% , but 90 cases in control group revealed an efficiency of 61.11% , presenting a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Mild adverse reactions were noticed in each group. Conclusion Jinchan antipruritic capsule combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride in the treatment of senile skin pruritus was effective and safe with mild adverse reactions.
