摘　　要：Betatrophin是一种新发现的影响糖脂代谢的因子。人类Betatrophin基因定位于染色体19p13.2,鼠类该基因定位于9号染色体,这是一个高度保守的基因,人类Betatrophin的氨基酸序列与鼠类有73%同源性,82%相似性,主要表达在肝脏和脂肪组织,对糖脂代谢有重要影响。Betatrophin is a novel factor which regulate the glucose and lipid metabolism.The gene coding for human betatrophin is located at chromosomal position 19p13.2,and the murine gene is present on chromosome 9.This is a highly conserved gene.Human betatrophin protein shows 73％ identity and 82％ similarity to the murine protein.It is predominantly expressed in liver and fat,and plays an important role in glucose and lipid metaboslim.
