摘  要:目的:评价308 nm准分子光与311 nm窄谱紫外线治疗儿童白癜风的疗效与安全性。方法:选择46例儿童局限性白癜风患者作为观察评价对象。治疗:采用自身对照,将皮损划分为308 nm准分子光区和311 nm窄谱紫外线照射区,每周治疗3次,共30次,记录治疗次数、累计照射剂量、疗效及不良反应。结果:15次光疗和30次光疗后,308 nm准分子光区皮损的有效率分别为51.16%,69.77%,311 nm窄谱紫外线治疗区的有效率分别32.56%、53.49%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种方法治疗儿童局限性白癜风,308 nm准分子光疗效优于311nm窄谱紫外线。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light and 311 nm narrow- band ultraviolet(311 nm NB-UVB) in treating localized vitiligo in children. Methods: A total of 46 children with localized vitiligo were included. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by self-comparison meth6d. The skin lesion were divided into two parts,one part was treated with 308 nm excimer light, the other :part was treated with 311 nm NB-UVB, three times per week and altogether 30 times. The treatmenttimes, cumulative radiation dose, therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were all recorded carefully. Results:Afterl5 and 30 treatments,the effective rates were 51.16% and 6:9.77% in 308 nm excimer light group,and a2.56% and 53.49% in 311nm NB-UVB group respectively. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), Conclusion: 308 nm excimer light is more effective than 311nm narrow-,band ultravioletin treating children's localized vitiligo. ,
