摘　　要：目的:以新疆南疆地区抗震救灾医疗救援为背景,在分析南疆沙漠干热环境风险因素及其对医疗救援主要影响的基础上,对勤务内涵及目前医疗救援勤务研究现状做了介绍,并从生活保障、物资准备、医疗后送、组织指挥等勤务需求方面进行了探讨。Objective：Based on the analysis of principle influence of earthquake relief and medical rescue in dry--heat environment of Southern Xinjiang desert, we introduce the content and current situation of med- ical service, and explore the living guarantee, material preparation, medical evacuation, organization and command in service demand which is set in Southern Xinjiang region.
