摘　　要：目的分析右侧肾上腺静脉开口位置,以利于肾上腺静脉取血术(AVS)进行。方法收集2012年2月至7月于新疆高血压诊断治疗中心确诊为原发性醛固酮增多症且成功完成AVS的52例患者的光盘影像,应用Digital Jacket 4.0pro软件回顾分析其右肾上腺静脉开口位置。结果其中1例右肾上腺静脉开口于副肝静脉内,未做统计。右肾上腺静脉开口集中在胸11上缘和胸12下缘之间(47例,占92.2%);后壁多见(36例,占70.6%),多数主干与下腔静脉开口呈锐角(17例,占33.3%)或夹角极小(19例,占37.3%)。结论 Cobra导管在胸11上缘和胸12下缘之间的侧后壁较容易找到右肾上腺静脉开口。Objective To analyze the ostia of the right adrenal vein for adrenal venous sampling {AVS）. Methods Digital Jacket 4.0 pro software was used for a retrospective analysis of the ostia of the right adrenal vein in 52 pa- tients who had been diagnosed with primary aldosteronism and implemented with AVS successfully from February to July 2012 in Hypertension Center of the People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Results One patient with right adrenal vein openings in the accessory hepatic veins was excluded from the analysis. The ostia of the right adrenal vein were mainly located between the superior border of the llth thoracic vertebra and the inferior border of the 12th thoracic vertebra （n= 47, 92.2%）, and observed more in posterior walls （n= 36, 70.6%）. Acute （n= 17, 33.3 %） or tiny （n= 19, 37.3 %） angles presented between the majority of trunk and the ostia of the inferior vena cava. Conclusion With Cobra catheter, it is easier to find the ostia of the right adrenal vein between the superior border of the llth thoracic vertebra and the inferior border of the 12th thoracic vertebra on the postero- lateral wall.
