摘 要:论述了斑铜工艺品的铸造生产流程,研究了"熟斑"铸造过程中原料成分、模具材料及显斑着色液对斑纹的影响规律。结果表明,只有在Zn与Cu液混而不合的状态可以制得质量较好的斑铜铸件。采用砂型和铁模浇注得到的斑铜表面斑纹分别为不规则斑纹和颗粒状斑纹;原材料中Zn含量为6%时,斑纹尺寸最为理想;而显斑着色液几乎未对斑纹产生影响。The casting production process for spot copper handicrafts was discussed, the effect law of raw material composition, mold materials and show spot color liquid on the spot during "cooked spot" casting were studied. The results show that the better quality spot copper castings can be obtained only in Zn and Cu mix and out of state. The surface speckle of spot copper obtained adopting sand mold and iron mold pouring are irregular speckle and granular speckle. When the content of Zn is 6%, the speckle size is ideal, and show spot color liquid is almost no impact on the speckle.
