摘 要:对直接合金化冶炼含硼钢进行了动力学分析并从纯铁渗硼溶解和渣铁对流时氧化硼和碳反应两个过程建立了动力学模型,得出求解纯铁熔解速率的方法,氧化硼还原率与炉渣直径、渣在金属液上浮停留时间的关系。实验结果表明,炉渣直径一定时,停留时间越长还原率越高;炉渣在铁液中停留时间一定时,炉渣直径越小还原率越高。The direct alloying melting of boron steel was analyzed from dynamics, the dynamical model was analyzed in the two processes of boron oxide and carbon reaction during boriding dissolving of pure iron and convicting of slag iron, and the method to solve melting rate of pure iron and the relationship between the reduction rate of boron oxide and the slag diameter and the residence time of the slag to float on the liquid were obtained. The experimental results show that, when the diameter of the slag is certain, the longer the residence time, the higher the reduction rate, and when the slag remains in the iron liquid for a certain time, the smaller the diameter of the slag, the higher the reduction rate.
