摘 要:以0Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢作为实验研究对象,采用直流钨极氩弧焊的焊接方式对0Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢进行焊缝熔透性实验,分析超高频脉冲电流、占空比和弧长等因素对0Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢焊缝熔透率的影响。结果表明,0Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的熔透率是随着脉冲频率的升高而不断的增大,占空比较小时熔透性对脉冲频率会更敏感,而弧长的变化对其没有显著影响。Taking 0Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel as research object, the weld penetration experiment was conducted by DC TIG welding way, and the effects of UHF pulse current, duty cycle and the arc length and other factors on weld penetration rate were analyzed. The results show that the penetration rate of 0Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel weld increases with the pulse frequency increasing continuously. When the duty cycle is less, the penetration on the pulse frequency is more sensitivity, but the arc length has no significant effect on it.
