摘  要:为对某大功率涡轮增压柴油机应用米勒循环进行仿真计算研究,利用GT-Power软件建立该涡轮增压柴油机物理模型,对该柴油机进行试验,验证物理模型的准确性,运用米勒循环选出该柴油机较优进气门提前关闭角.结果表明:综合该柴油机的动力、经济和排放性能得出,较优进气门提前关闭角为下止点前40℃A,较优喷油提前角为上止点前8℃A.The miller cycle simulation research of a heavy duty turbo-charged diesel engine was conducted. The physical model of the turbo-charged diesel engine was established by the software GT-power. In order to calibrate the physical model, experiments were carried out on the diesel engine. A relatively better advance intake valve closing angle of the diesel engine was chosen by the use of miller cycle. On the basis of the angle, the effects of injection timing on the power,economy and NOX emission were computed. A relatively better injection advance angle was chosen. Considering the whole performance of the power, economy and emission, the relatively better advance intake closing angle was set 40°CA before BDC, and the injection advance angle was set 8°CA before TDC.
