摘 要:目的:如何促进儿童执行功能发展,已成为多学科研究的前沿和热点问题,旨在探讨不同强度短时篮球运球训练对小学生执行功能的影响,为选用适宜体育运动改善小学生执行功能提供试验证据。方法:以扬州市某小学四年级学生为研究对象,依据篮球运球强度分为小强度组、中等强度组、大强度组和对照组,使用Flanker任务、1-back任务、More-odd shifting任务全面评价1次30 min篮球运球训练干预试验前后小学生执行功能的抑制、刷新和转换3个子功能的变化。结果:1次30 min不同强度篮球运球训练对小学生执行功能的效果不同。抑制功能:中等强度组>大强度组、小强度组>对照组;刷新功能:中等强度组、大强度组>小强度组、对照组;转换功能:中等强度组>大强度组、对照组、小强度组。结论:1次30 min不同强度篮球运球训练对小学生执行功能均有积极影响,但效果存在差异,中等强度篮球运球训练对小学生执行功能改善效果最好。Objective : To evaluate the effects of basketball dribbling training of different intensity on executive function of primary students, which can pro- vide a practical basis for adopting different intensity sport methods to improve executive function in preadolescent children. Methods: Taking the fourth grade children as research subjects, then, based on the implementation of basketball dribbling training intensity, subjects were divided into four groups: small in- tensity group (SI), moderate-intensity group (MI), high-intensity group (HI) and control group (C), three tasks (the Flanker task, the 1-back task and the More-odd shifting task) were used to measure pupil's E F (inhibition, updating, shifting) before and after basketball dribbling training. Results: The pos- itive effects on executive function of primary students were varied with basketball dribbling training of different intensities. Specifically, the effects of inhibition: MI〉HI, SI〉C; the effects of updating: MI, HI〉SI, C; the effects of shifting: MI〉HI, C, SI. Conclusions: The different positive effects on executive function of primary students were found with a single 30-min basketball dribbling training of three level intensities. Moreover, the moderate basketball dribbling training had a more beneficial effect on executive function in primary students.
