摘　　要：结合山西省高速公路突发环境事件应急预案编制案例,从环境风险识别、应急能力建设、应急响应和后期处置几个方面分析探讨了高速公路突发环境事件应急预案的编制技术要点。Combined with the case of highway abrupt environmental events emergency planning in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzed the main technical points of highway abrupt environmental events emergency planning from the environmental risk identification, emergency capability construction, emergency response, post treatment and other aspects.
