摘　　要：随着我国房地产业的迅猛发展,房产档案的存储量也在不断增加,庞大的管理工作使档案管理人员应接不暇。结合实际工作,分析了现代房产档案管理中存在的各种问题,并且提出了相应的对策。With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, real estate archives storage capacity has also increased, making the management of a large file management personnel overwhelmed. Actual work analyzes the various problems existing in the modern real estate records management, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
