摘 要:为消除体层合成(tomosynthesis)重建图像中存在的切片间伪影,提出一种各向异性扩散滤波器的图像重建算法。利用偏微分方程的图像处理方法,设计边缘增强型三维各向异性扩散滤波器,对体层合成切片进行滤波重建,保证重建切片图像对比度的同时对切片间伪影进行平滑。实验结果表明,与传统的滤波后投影重建算法相比,该算法可明显减弱切片间伪影,改善了重建图像质量,提高了体层合成重建图像中目标可见度,满足了临床影像诊断要求。To remove out-of-plane artifacts in tomosynthesis reconstruction images, a kind of filter backprojection reconstruction algorithm using the anisotropic diffusion filter was proposed. The principle of image processing based on the partial variation equation was used in the proposed algorithm, and a three-dimensional edge enhanced anisotropic diffusion filter was designed based on this principle for the filter backprojection reconstruction of tomosynthesis images, which guaranteed the contrast degree of reconstruction slice images and smoothed the out-of-plane artifacts. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can greatly decrease out-of-plane artifacts and improve the reconstruction image quality in comparison with traditional filter backpro- jection reconstruction algorithms, which increases the visibility Of objects in tomosynthesis reconstruction images to satisfy the diagnostic requirement of clinical imaging.
