摘  要:为有效控制烟支中的梗签含量,研制烟丝含签率检测仪,利用该仪器考察加工工艺对烟支含签率的影响。结果表明:检测量为12g烟丝时,随着含签率的增加,检测结果的相对误差总体上有所降低;检测量为12-20g检测效果最佳;在烟草加工过程中,烟支中的梗签来自于原料烟叶的梗和叶脉;叶丝风选机的进风档板角度越大、排风挡板角度越大、皮带速度越低,烟支含签率越低;VAS流化床的排风蝶阀角度、进风蝶阀角度变大时,烟支含签率都是先减小、后增大;卷烟机导向板高度越大、二次节流风门开度越大烟支含签率越低。In order to control sliver content in cigarette, the sliver content measuring device was developed and used to investigate the influence of tobacco processing technology on the sliver content of cigarette. The results showed that: for 12 gram sample, the relative error of test results decreased with the increase of sliver content. At the sample mass between 12 gram and 20 gram, the accuracy of sliver content measuring device was the highest. The sliver was from stem and veins of tobacco lamina. While slope of inlet air valve and outlet air valve of air classifier increased or belt velocity decreased, andthe sliver content of cigarette decreased. With the increasing of inlet air valve and outlet air valve of VAS fluidized bed, the sliver content de- creased first, then increased. With the increasing of height of stem guide plate and re-select stem unit opening o5 PROTOS 70 cigarette maker, the sliver content decreased.
