从荀子《正名》篇中的“约定俗成”谈“名”与“实”之间的任意性和理据性的辨证关系

摘　　要：荀子《正名》篇中用"约定俗成"来说明名与实之间的关系,但一般都认为"约定俗成"表示名、实之间的任意性,其实它不但表现了名与实之间的任意性,同时也体现了名与实之间的理据性,是任意性与理据性的辨证统一。In ZhengMing Xunzi illustrates the relationship of name and nature from ＂common practice＂ but, It is believed that defini- tion indicates arbitrariness of name and nature. In fact, it shows the not only arbitrariness of name and nature,but also motivation at the same time ; it is the dialectical unity of arbitrariness and motivation.
