摘  要:心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。房颤的具体机制至今尚未完全阐明。缝隙连接是存在于相邻细胞间的一种特殊膜蛋白通道,使相邻细胞进行直接通讯,对心脏的协调收缩非常重要。近年研究发现,心脏的缝隙连接与心律失常有着密切关系。缝隙连接蛋白(Cx)40是心房肌主要的Cx,其在房颤时数量、分布及磷酸化状态发生变化,心房纤维化、心房扩大、炎症以及遗传因素均可使Cx发生改变,从而促进房颤的发生与维持。Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common clinical arrhythmias. The underlying mechanisms of AF remain incompletely understood. Gap junctions are specialized membrane regions consisting of groups of channels that directly connect the cytoplasmic compartments of two adjacent ceils and enable intercellular communication. They are of great importance in the coordination of contraction. Recently it is discovered that gap junctions of the cardiac tissue might be closely associated with the arrhythmia. Connexin 40 (Cx40) is a major gap junction protein in the atrium. The expression, distribution and phosphorylation of Cx40 changes in AF. AF, atrial dilation, inflammation and hereditary factors can make connexins change,leading to the initiation and maintenance of AF.
