摘 要:多年来,二维超声作为常规超声技术被用于儿童多种疾病的诊断,但其提供的仅是平面图像。如何使医学影像立体化,为临床医师提供更形象、精确的诊断条件,是现代影像医学主要的发展方向。这种理念极大地推动了三维超声、超声造影、超声分子成像技术的发展。尽快将新技术应用于儿科临床,有益于提高诊疗水平,拓展研究思路。该文就国内外三项新技术在儿科疾病中的研究进展予以综述。Over the years,2D medical ultrasonic imaging technology has been used to diagnose various kinds of children's disease, but this method only provides plane image. The main development direction of modem image medical science is how to make medical image three-dimensional and provide more visual and precise diagnosis for clinicians. These theories greatly promote the development of three-dimensional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and molecular ulstrasonic imaging. Applying the new technology to pediatrics as soon as possible is beneficial to improve the level of medical care and develop the research ideas. Here reviews the advancement of the three new technologies in pediatric application both in China and abroad.
