摘 要:[目的]研究石松人工栽培方法.[方法]进行遮阴措施与栽培密度双因素交叉的栽培试验,遮阴措施设置不遮阴、盖遮阴网2水平,栽培密度设15 cm×15 cm、20 cm×20 cm、30 cm×30 cm 3水平,测定栽培成活率及生长量,进行方差分析.[结果]1年生植株茎平均生长长度18.3 cm,第2年生长迅速,茎枝生长长度达186.2 ~205.3 cm;盖遮阴网和不遮阴2种栽培措施,前者明显提高栽培成活率和植株茎枝生长长度;15 cm×15 cm、20 cm×20 cm、30 cm×30 cm 3种栽培密度比较,第3者茎枝生长长度(205.3 cm)明显大于第1者茎枝生长长度(186.2 cm),第3者与第2者茎枝生长长度(201.6 cm)差异不明显.[结论]石松栽培需要适当遮阴,栽培2年可采收利用鲜切枝,栽培株行距为20 cm×20 cm的密度为宜.[Objective] The research aimed to study the artificial cultivation method of the Lycopodium japonicum.[Method] By the method of hading measures and cultivation density two factor cross test,shade measures setted does not shade and shade net cover two levels,cultivation density setted 15 cm × 15 cm,20 cm ×20 cm and 30 cm ×30 cm 3 levels.The survival rate and the length of stems and branch were measured,and analysis of variance.[Result] Lycopodium japonicum cultivated 1 year,the average length of stem up to 18.3 cm,the 2nd year rapid growth,the stems and branch length up to 186.2-205.3 cm.In two kinds of cultivation measures cover shade net and no shade,the former obviously improved the survival rate and the length of stems and branch.15 cm × 15 cm,20 cm × 20 cm,30 cm × 30 cm 3 kinds of planting density comparison,the third stems and branch growth length (205.3 cm) significantly more than the first stems and branch length (186.2 cm),the difference of the third and second stems and branch length (201.6 cm) was not obvious.[Conclusion] Lycopodium japonicum cultivation requires proper shade,cultivated two years can be harvested fresh-cut branch,cultivated plant spacing 20 cm × 20 cm density was appropriate.
