披针叶黄华生物碱成分分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究披针叶黄华生物碱的具体种类及含量。[方法]采用生物碱系统提取、硅胶柱层析分离及重结晶技术从披针叶黄华干草粉中分离生物碱,并用GC-MS对总碱和结晶进行测定。[结果]分离出2种生物碱结晶Ⅰ和结晶Ⅱ,总碱中含有7种喹诺里西啶生物碱,结晶Ⅰ为黄华碱,结晶Ⅱ为Tetrahydrodeoxoargentamin。[结论]该试验为进一步研究披针叶黄华动物中毒的毒性毒理提供了理论依据。[Objective] The research aimed to study the specific types and contents of alkaloids in Thermopsis lanceolate.[Method] Alkaloid crystal was isolated from Thermopsis lanceolate powder by silica gel column and recrystal technology.The total alkaloids and crystallization were further determined by GC-MS.[Result] Two kinds alkaloid of crystalline Ⅰ and crystalline Ⅱ were isolated.The total alkaloids containing 7 kinds Kui Nuolixi Ding alkaloid,that crystal Ⅰ is d-Thermopsine and crystal Ⅱ is Tetrahydrodeoxoargentamin.[Conclusion] This experiment provides the theoretical basis for funther research on toxicity and toxicology of Thermopsis lanceolate-poisoning animal.
