不同涂布率再造烟叶热裂解产物比较分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究分析不同涂布率下再造烟叶的裂解产物。[方法]采用在线热裂解-气相色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)联用技术,在模拟卷烟燃烧的状态下,对涂布率为29.05%、33.64%、37.19%、41.69%、45.26%、48.54%的再造烟叶进行了热裂解研究,并对裂解产物的定性和半定量结果进行了比较分析。[结果]试验表明,不同涂布率再造烟叶热裂解产物种类是一致的,主要裂解产物均为烟碱、羟基丙酮、乙酸、羟基乙醛、糠醛等;不同涂布率下同一裂解产物的相对百分含量具有一定差异,其中差异较为明显的有烟碱、羟基丙酮、乙酸、羟基乙醛等。[结论]该研究可为再造烟叶生产过程中选取合适的涂布率提供理论参考。[Objective] To analyze pyrolysates of reconstituted tobacco under different coatings coverage rate.[Method] Reconstituted tobacco under different coatings coverage rate of 29.05％,33.64％,37.19％,41.69％,45.26％,48.54％ was studied by on-line pyrolysis-gas chromatography mass spectrometry （Py-GC/MS） under the conditions of simulating cigarette burning,and the qualitative and semi-quantitative resuits of pyrolysates were comparative analyzed.[Result] The results indicated that：types of pyrolysates were the same under different coatings coverage rate of reconstituted tobacco and the main products included nicotine,hydroxy acetone,acetic acid,hydroxy aldehyde,furfural and so on; Relative percentage of one pyrolysate was different in a certain extent under different coatings coverage rate,and the differences were especially obvious in the certain of nicotine,hydroxy acetone,acetic acid,hydroxy aldehyde and so on.[Conclusion] The study provided a theoretical reference for selecting suitable coatings coverage rate in the process of reconstituted tobacco.
