摘 要:气体脱硫及胺液再生是油气田和炼厂重要的生产环节。胺液降解会导致产生的热稳态盐积累,严重影响脱硫及胺液再生装置的安全生产,必须及时去除。基于离子交换技术的胺液净化装置去除热稳态盐效果明显,经过70d的运行将热稳态盐浓度从6.3%降至1%以下,泡沫高度降至2.3cm,消泡时间降至1.8s,脱硫效果明显提高,对脱硫及溶剂再生装置的安全高效运行起到了十分重要的作用。Gas desulfurization and amine regeneration are important production processesboth in oil and gas fields and refineries.Amine degradation can lead to the accumulation of heat stable salts(HSS),which affects the safe production of devices of desulfurization and amine regeneration seriously,so they must be eliminated timely.Ion exchange technology in the application of amine purification to eliminate heat steady salts is effective.After 70 days of operation,the density of heat stable salts decreased from 6.3%to lower than 1%.Foam height decreased to 2.3cm and defoaming time dropped to 1.8s.The effects of desulfurization were significantly improved,which played an important role in the safe and effective operation of desulfurization and solvent regeneration devices.
