一体化污水处理系统在输气站场的应用

摘　　要：针对长输管道输气站场生活污水处理不达标的问题,冀宁联络线冀鲁段站场采用一体化污水处理系统有效解决了这一难题。文章介绍了冀鲁输气站场污水处理系统的组成与工艺流程,并分析了系统的环保与经济效益。该系统出水水质指标COD、SS、氨氮等满足GB 8978—1996《综合污水排放标准》中的一级标准,日节约水费20元,具有良好的环境与经济效益。For the issues of non-compliance sewage at long-distance pipeline gas transmission station,Jilu station in Jining pipeline has solved problem by integrated wastewater treatment system.The article details the components and processes of the sewage treatment system of Jilu gas station,and analyzes the environmental and economic benefits of the system.The COD,SS,ammonia and nitrogen and other indicators of the discharged water meet the first grade in the standard ofIntegrated Wastewater Discharge Standard'(GB 8978—1996).The daily saving water rate was 20 yuan,which has good environmental and economic benefits.
