支撑显微喉镜下微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿94例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑显微喉镜下微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿的方法和疗效。方法对94例声带囊肿患者采用支撑显微喉镜下微瓣技术行声带囊肿摘除术,观察其疗效。结果 94例患者手术均顺利,平均手术时间(13±6)min。其中治愈85例,好转9例,总有效率为100%。术后病理报告均与临床诊断相符,无一例出现呼吸困难、出血、声带粘连等并发症。术后3周恢复正常发音,喉动态镜检查示声带边缘平整、光滑,囊肿消失;术后随访6个月,复查喉动态镜一切正常,无复发病例。结论支撑显微喉镜下微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿符合微创原则,能在完整切除囊肿的同时,避免损伤声带其他结构,最大限度地保留了患者的发音功能。Objective To investigate the efficacy of microlaryngoscopic microflap technique in the treatment of vocal~ cord cysts. Methods The excision of vocal cord cysts was performed with microlaryngoscopic microflap technique in 94 patients. The curative efficacy was observed. Results All operations were successful and the mean operative time was （13-＋6） minutes. Among the 94 patients, 85 were cured and 9 were improved. The total effective rate was 100%. Postoperative pathological reports were consistent with clinical diagnosis. No patients had dyspnea,bleeding,vocal cord adhesion and other complications. Patients had normal pronunciation 3 weeks after operation,and dynamic laryngoscopy showed smooth vocal edges and disappeared cysts. During a 6-month follow-up,dynamic laryngoscopy showed normal vocal cords and no recurrences were found in all patients. Conclusion Microlaryngoscopic microflap technique is consistent with the principle of minimally invasive procedure. It can completely excise the cysts ,avoid the damage to other vocal cord structures and maximize the retention of pronunciation features.
