摘 要:引起过敏的食物大多为人体必需的营养物质,食物过敏不仅会对身体造成不适,婴幼儿还可能因食物吸收不良而影响其生长发育。人类肠道菌群是人体肠道内正常情况下有益于人类,且是人体所必须的微生物群落,其构成了稳固的肠道黏膜屏障。婴幼儿食物过敏可能是胃肠屏障及其免疫系统不成熟降低了黏膜屏障功能的有效性而导致的。从食物过敏对婴幼儿健康的影响、肠道菌群的生理功能及婴幼儿食物过敏与肠道菌群的关系等3方面的研究进展进行综述,发现婴幼儿过敏性疾病的发生发展与肠道菌群的失衡有关。Most of allergy-causing foods are essential nutrients. Food allergy can cause discomfort. Especially in infants, the growth and development may be influenced by food malabsorption. Human intestinal flora, a necessary microbial community, is beneficial to human body and constitutes a solid intestinal mucosal barrier under physiological condition. Infant food allergy may be caused by the immaturity of gastrointestinal barrier and immune system, which can reduce the effectiveness of mucosal barrier function. This paper reviews the research progress in the effect of food allergy on infant health, physiological functions of intestinal flora, and relationship between intestinal flora and infant food allergy. We concluded that the imbalance of intestinal flora contributes to the occurrence and development of allergic diseases in infants.
