竞技体育资源向体育公共服务转化过程中的分类及路径研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对竞技体育及体育公共服务做出界定;将竞技体育资源进行了具体的分类与细化,依据参与竞技体育的各个要素向体育公共服务转化的不同层次将竞技体育资源划分为竞技体育现有资源和竞技体育潜在资源两大类,并将这两大类进一步细化;最后,在分类的基础上,为竞技体育资源向体育公共服务的转化提出了具体的路径。Through using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper defines the competitive sports and sports public service. Specific classification and refinement is made for the resources of competitive sports. According to the different levels of participating in the various elements of competitive sports transform to the sports public service,competitive sports resources are divided into existing resources of competitive sports and potential resources of competitive sports, and furthered these two categories. Finally, on the basis of classification for resources of competitive sports to the public sports services put forward specific paths.
