非专业体育院校运动训练专业发展的困境及对策

摘　　要：非专业体育院校运动训练专业在发展中面临生源质量逐年下滑;培养目标单一;教学管理漏洞太多;学生能力普遍较差,就业压力过大;背离培养竞技体育后备人才主战场;受到校内其他专业的冲击等方面的困境。建议管理部门在招生和培养上放权于高校,只实行监督和指导,体现其专业的特殊性。高校应抓住竞技体育必然走"体教结合"的大好机遇,发挥非专业体育院校多学科综合的优势,结合部分高校培养精英运动员的成功启示进行一些改革探索。The students quality face declines about the development of sports training major in nonprofessional sport universities year by year; single training objective; too much leak in teaching management; student ability is generally poor, the employment pressure is too large; deviation from main battlefield of cultivating reserve talents of competitive sports; and suffer from attacking of other profession in their school. It suggested that the administrative department could delegate powers to low levels to the university in enrollment and training, and only practice supervising and directing, then highlight the specific characteristics of sports training. Universities should seize the opportunity of combining the physical with education of competitive sports, develop the advantage of multidisciplinary of nonprofessional sports universities, and combine with some colleges successful case of elite athletes to explore some reformation.
