摘　　要：如何在提高发展党员数量的同时确保党员质量,关系国家前途和命运。大学生党员的教育和发展是高校党建的重要任务。浙江大学宁波理工学院传媒与法律党总支探索出了党员教育发展的规范化的动态模式。该模式以"四个二"为理念,教育、服务相结合为特征,在长期实践中效果明显,为大学生党建工作建立长效机制提供了一种值得借鉴的方法。Developing a certain number of qualified party members is of vital importance to the future of China. Recruiting and educating undergraduate Party members constitutes a vital task of Party building in colleges and universities. The Party Branch of Media and Law in Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University has invented a dynamic standardized model of recruiting and educating undergraduate Party members. This model is characterized by the integration of education and service, and proves to be very effective enough to act as an alternative for the long-lasting mechanism of Party building in colleges and universities.
