优化护理在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨优化护理在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围术期中的护理效果。方法选取泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组围术期给予常规护理，观察组给予综合有效的优化护理，比较两组患者护理后并发症的发生情况及置管引流时间、导尿管留置时间、术后住院时间。结果观察组并发症发生率为20．0％，对照组为42．5％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4.71，P＜0．05）；观察组置管引流时间（20．37±4．49）h，导尿管留置时间（3．67±3．07）h，术后住院时间（4．57±2．56）d，均低于对照组的（34．08±5．68）h，（25．89±2．64）h，（7．77±3．89）d，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为11．96，34．71，4．35；P＜0．05）。结论对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期给予综合有效的优化护理措施，能够降低并发症的发生率，对患者的手术治疗效果及早日康复起到促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of optimized nursing on perioperative period of urology laparoscopic surgery .Methods From February 2011 to December 2012 , 80 cases of laparoscopic urology surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with each group of 40 cases. Control group received routine nursing care during perioperative period , and observation group received comprehensive and effective optimized care .Then, the incidence of complications , the indwelling time of urinary catheter and drainage tube , and postoperative hospital stay of two groups were observed and compared . Results Overall complication incidence in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （20.00%vs 42.50%;χ2 =4.71,P〈0.05）.And the indwelling time of urinary catheter and drainage tube , and postoperative hospital stay of observation group were （20.37 ±4.49）h, （3.67 ±3.07）h and （4.57 ± 2.56）d, respectively lower than that in control group （34.08 ±5.68）h,（25.89 ±2.64）h and（7.77 ±3.89）d, and the differences were statistically significant （ t =11.96, 34.71, 4.35, respectively;P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Application of optimized nursing in perioperative period of urology laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications , improve the surgical treatment effect ,and promote patients ’ recovery .
