摘　　要：目的：建立中药材中赭曲霉素A（ OTA）的高效液相色谱-串联质谱（ HPLC-MS/MS）检测方法。方法：样品采用80%甲醇溶液提取,经免疫亲和柱净化,以甲醇-乙腈-0.01 mol·L^-1醋酸铵溶液作为流动相,C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾多反应监测模式进行检测。结果：OTA检测限为0.1μg·kg^-1,平均回收率84.8%~91.2%,相对标准偏差3.6%~8.1%（n=9）。结论：该方法准确、灵敏、简便,适用于中药材中赭曲霉素A的测定。Objective：To determine ochratoxin A （ OTA ） in Chinese herbs by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method （ HPLC-MS/MS） . Methods： The samples were extracted by 80% methanol water solution and purified by immunoaffinity column. The chromatographic separation was carried out on a C18 column, the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0. 01 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate, and then OTA was detected by MS/MS in an ESI（-）-MRM mode. Results：The limit of detection was 0. 1 μg·kg^-1 , the average recoveries ranged from 84. 8% to 91. 2%, and the relative standard deviations （ RSD） ranged from 3. 6% to 8. 1%（n=9）. Conclusion：The method is accurate,sensitive and simple, and suitable for the determination of ochratoxin A in Chinese herbs.
