摘  要:国电新能源技术研究院工程总建筑面积约26万m2,是由围楼、弧楼及不同形式的连廊、连桥组成的建筑群。重点对建筑群各结构单元设计中遇到的以下设计难点和关键点进行介绍:围楼顶部因铺设太阳能光伏板,在主屋面以上设置了整层的钢结构,对此部分方案的选择,温度应力、大跨度大悬挑部位的处理;由于围楼顶钢柱生根的位置标高不同,对长短柱的分析;围楼地下结构超长,解决大体量混凝土温度应力所采取的措施;弧楼平面体型复杂,其结构的抗扭处理;建筑间的弧形连廊、办公楼Y形支撑柱等特殊结构构件的分析计算。The gross floor area of the project of the building group of Guodian New Energy Technology Research Institute is about 260 000m2,and it consists of surround-building,arc-building and different forms of corridors and bridges. It focuses on the introduction of the following design difficulties and key factors in each structural unit of this building group which include: the setting of the whole floor of steel structure on the top of main building due to the pavement of solar PV panel on the top of surround-building,the plan choice for this part of steel structure,the treatment for the problems of temperature stress,long-span and large cantilever structure; the analysis of long-short columns due to different levels of the locations of those steel columns on the roof of the surround building; the solution to the problems of temperature stress in large volume concrete due to super-length underground structure; the treatment for torsion resistance caused by the complex shape of the arc-building design; the calculation and analysis of the special structural components of the arc-corridors between buildings and the Y-shaped support pillar.
