摘  要:工程为唐山市目前在建最高建筑,鉴于岩溶地质问题的不确定性和复杂性,地基基础设计成为工程的设计重点和难点。工程采用厚板桩筏基础形式,在地基基础设计与施工过程中做了大量分析、研究、试验和检测等工作。着重介绍后注浆钻孔灌注桩设计、桩筏基础与地基土相互作用分析、沉降变形计算分析和试验桩数据分析等,为今后类似地区超高层和岩溶地质条件的地基与基础设计积累了相关经验。The project is currently the tallest building under construction in Tangshan City. Due to uncertainty and complexity of the karst geology,the foundation design is the emphasis and difficulty of this project. Thick-plate piled raft foundation was applied in this project. In the design and construction of the foundation,a lot of analyses,study,experiments and tests were carried out. The design of the post grouting bored pile,interaction analysis of the piled raft foundation and soil,settlement calculation of the foundation and data analysis of the test pile were focused on. The study can provide reference for designs of the super high-rise building and foundation in similar area with karst geological conditions.
