摘  要:目的:比较不同炮制去心方法炮制的巴戟天中水晶兰苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromalsil C18(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(90∶10),流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长232 nm,进样量为5μl。结果:巴戟天各去心炮制品中水晶兰苷含量以润法最高,其次为煮法,泡后蒸法,泡法,清蒸法,最低为盐蒸法。结论:润法去心对巴戟天中水晶兰苷的含量影响最小,其炮制品中水晶兰苷含量最高。Objective:To study the influence of different process for removing woody core on monotropein content in Morinda officinalis. Methods:An HPLC method was used with a Kromalsil C18 (200 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) analytical column, the mobile phase was methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution(90∶10), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, the detection wavelength was 232nm and the injection volume was 5 μl. Results:The monotropein content in Morinda officinalis with different process was various. The highest content was with moistening method followed by cooking method, steaming method after soaking, soaking method and steaming method, while the lowest content was with salt steaming method. Conclusion:The moistening method for removing woody core has the least influence on monotropein content in Morinda officinalis, and the moistening-processed product has the highest monotropein content.
