摘 要:目的探讨检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清游离DNA的临床意义。方法采用分支DNA(bDNA)技术检测69例SLE患者(SLE组)、26例RA患者(RA组)和41例健康人(C组)血清游离DNA浓度,分析SLE患者抗dsDNA抗体、抗SmD1抗体、补体、24-h尿蛋白定量、C反应蛋白、血沉和SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)与血清游离DNA浓度的相关性。结果与C组和RA组相比,SLE组患者血清游离DNA水平增高(P<0.01)。SLE组抗SmD1抗体阳性患者的血清游离DNA水平高于抗SmD1抗体阴性者(P<0.05)。SLE患者血清游离DNA浓度与血清抗dsDNA抗体、SLEDAI、血沉呈负相关(P<0.05),而与24-h尿蛋白定量、补体、C反应蛋白无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清游离DNA检测可用于评估SLE病情进展。Objective To explore the significance of detecting serum cell-free DNA in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Serum cell-free DNA was detected in SLE patients(group SLE,69cases),patients with rheumatoid arthritis(group RA,26cases)and healthy people(group C,41cases).The correlation between serum cell-free DNA and anti-double strand DNA(anti-dsDNA)antibody,anti-SmD1 antibody,24-h urine protein,complements and Creactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)was analyzed.Results Compared with groups of C and RA,serum cell-free DNA level in group SLE was significantly higher(P〈0.01),which was higher in SLE patients with anti-SmD1 antibody positive than those with it negative(P〈0.05).Serum level of cell-free DNA was negatively correlated with anti-dsDNA,SLEDAI and ESR(P〈0.05).There was no significant correlation between serum level of cell-free DNA and 24-h urine protein,complements and CRP(P〈0.05).ConclusionDetection of serum cell-free DNA may be used to evaluate the progression of SLE patients.
