摘 要:目的为客观评价中医学专业基础课程教改效果。方法运用因子分析法对2011级该专业107名学生的18门课程考核成绩进行综合评分及排名,采用秩和检验对实验班和平行班学生排名进行比较;采用单因素方差分析、卡方检验对各门课程的平均成绩及及格情况构成比进行组间比较。结果共提取了专业基础模块应用感悟能力、专业基础模块记忆理解能力、外语学习能力、身体素质4个公因子,实验班在综合评分、专业基础模块应用感悟能力及记忆理解能力排名在前两个等级的百分比高于平行班。实验班中医诊断学、中药学、方剂学、温病、正常人体解剖学、病理学教学效果优于平行班。结论中医学专业基础课程教改有助于学生掌握知识,培养能力。Objective To give objective evaluation on teaching reform effect of fundamental courses for Chinese medicine program. Methods Factor analysis method was adopted. 107 students were selected. Their scores on 18 courses were comprehensively graded and ranked. Students' rankings were compared by rank-sum test between the experimental class and parallel class. One-way analysis of variance and chi-square test methods were also adopted to compare pass constituent ratios and average scores of each course between each group. Results 4 common factors were chosen for analysis. Students from the experimental class do better job than those from the parallel class in aspects of comprehensive grade, ability of application and perception, and ability of memorization and comprehension. Teaching efficiency of such courses as Chinese diagnostics, Chinese pharmacology, Chinese formulas, epidemic febrile disease, human anatomy and pathology is better in the experimental class compared with the parallel class. Conclusion Teaching reform of fundamental courses can help students to master knowledge and cultivate capability.
