摘  要:目的探讨Seminar-案例教学法在中西医结合肾脏病学科实习教学中的应用效果。方法将80名医学生随机分为实验组和对照组,教学内容为中西医结合内科学肾脏病学篇章的常见疾病,观察两组学生在实习结束后考试总成绩和案例分析成绩,并对实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组的总成绩和病案分析成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);绝大多数学生认为Seminar-案例教学法优于传统教学法。结论 Seminar-案例教学法能够提高临床教学效果,增强医学生解决实际问题的能力,培养医学生临床思维能力及自学能力。Objective To probe into application effect of seminar-case teaching method on guidmg clmxcal practice kidney disease for program of integrated Western and Chinese medicine. Methods 80 medical students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Teaching contents were common diseases in nephrology chapter of internal medicine. Case analysis performance and total examination score of each student in both groups were observed after teaching of the clinical practice was finished. Questionnaire survey was conducted among students of the experimental group. Results Total score and case analysis performance of the experimental group were markedly better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P〈0.01). Most students believed that seminar-case teaching method was better than traditional teaching method. Conclusion Seminar- case teaching method may help to increase clinical teaching effect, enhance medical students' ability to solve real problems, and cultivate their clinical thinking and self-learning abilities.
