三资视角下的加拿大矿业运行模式

摘　　要：加拿大是世界上最重要的矿业国家之一,其矿业运行模式独具特色。本文从矿产资源、资产、资本的角度,对加拿大政府和市场在三资转化中的作用进行了分析,探讨了加拿大矿业企业在三资转化中的地位,初步刻画了加拿大矿业的运行模式。总体来看,加拿大政府重视地质调查工作是促进资源显化的基础,初级勘查公司经营大量资源性资产实现了资源性资产的增值,发达的资本市场吸引全球矿业资本为资源资产资本的转化提供驱动力,健全完善的矿业制度规则为资源资产资本的转化提供了制度保障。Canadian mining industry is one of the most important in the world ,and its mining operating pattern is unique in the world .Based on the mineral resources ,property and capital ,we analyzed the role of the Canadian government and market in the transformation of mineral resource ,property and capital ,then we discussed the status of the Canadian mining enterprises in the transformation ,at last we depicted the operation mode of the Canadian mining industry in the view of resource ,property and capital .Overall ,the Canadian government attaches great importance to the geological survey work is the basis of mineral deposits discovery .The junior company operates a large number of mineral resource property that achieved appreciation in property value .The mining capital markets attract mining capital of the world to provide the driving force for the transformation .The perfect mining rules provided guarantee for the transformation .
