摘  要:为了研究鱼腥草茎叶的利用价值及评估百宜黑鸡的适宜出栏期,试验采用单因子设计,按照笼位相等的原则,将14周龄末的百宜黑鸡育成鸡154只随机分为4组,分别为对照组、试验1组、试验2组、试验3组,试验鸡数分别为38,38,40,38只,在日粮中分别添加0、1%、3%、5%鱼腥草茎叶粉;对15~22周龄百宜黑鸡生长性能、料重比的影响及适宜出栏时间进行了测定分析。结果表明:百宜黑鸡上市期应从18周开始,22周结束;鱼腥草茎叶粉同样具有较强抑菌能力。Cordate houttuynia; powder of stem and leaf; Baiyi balck chicken, growth performance Abstract : To study the use of stem and leaf of Cordate houttuynia and appraise the suitable marketing period for Baiyi black chicken. 154 Baiyi black chickens at the end of 14 weeks of age were randomly divided into four groups using single factorial design according to the principle of e- qual cages, including the control group, the test 1 group, the test 2 group, and the test 3 group. The chicken numbers in the four groups were 38, 38, 40, and 38, respectively; the chickens in each group were supplemented with 0%, 1%, 3% and 5% of stem and leaf of Cordate houttuynia in the basal diet, respectively. The effects of the stem and leaf of Cordate houttuynia on growth performance, feed conversion ratio in Baiyi black chicken, and the suitable marketing time for Baiyi black chicken were determined and analyzed. The results showed that suitable marketing time for Baiyi black chicken should begin from 15 to 22 weeks of age. The stem and leaf of Cordate houttuynia also had strong anti- bacterial activity.
