摘  要:为了研究三江源区高寒草甸土壤呼吸变异特征,试验采用野外调查和密闭气室法,测定了三江源区土壤有机碳和土壤呼吸指标,并应用地统学软件Surfer和Variowin进行了分析。结果表明:土壤有机碳和土壤呼吸率分别为10.28 g/kg,5.41μ·mol/(m2·s),变异系数为0.28,0.21;土壤呼吸和土壤有机碳间线性相关,且存在半方差结构,样区空间异质性和结构因素二者共同起主导作用;土壤呼吸和有机碳变程分别为80.92 m和76.53 m,差异范围不大,二者在相同的尺度上起作用,表现分布不连续,具有明显的斑块不均匀分布,进一步证实了青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统的脆弱性。To study the variation characteristics of soil respiration of alpine meadow in the Three - river headwater region, the field investigation and the closed chamber method were used to determine the soil organic carbon and soil respiration index in the Three - river headwater region. Meanwhile, the geostatistical software Surfer and Variowin were used for the analysis. The results showed that the soil organic carbon and soil respiration rates were 10.28 g/kg and 5.41 μ· mol/( m2 ·s), respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.28 and 0.21 respectively; linear correlation was exhibited between soil respiration and soil organic carbon, and the semi - variance structure was existed between them. Moreover, both spatial heterogeneity and structure factors played a leading role together in the sampling region ; the ranges of soil respiration and organic carbon were 80.92 m and 76.53 m respectively, and their differences were limited. Both played a rele in the same scale, showing dis- continuous distribution, there was uneven distribution of obvious plaques. This further confirmed the fragility of the Qinghai - Tibet plateau al- pine meadow ecosystem.
