摘　　要：制造企业的工艺管理信息系统对于提高零件加工质量、缩短产品生产周期和降低生产消耗具有重要意义。论述了企业工艺设计与管理现状,对制造企业的工艺精细化管理需求和特点进行了分析,提出了面向精细化管理的工艺信息集成系统的解决方案。在压机企业的应用实践表明,该信息系统能明显提高企业工艺设计的效率和质量。The manufacturing enterprise process management information system has great effect on improving the machining qual-ity,shortening the production cycle and reducing manufacturing cost.The status quo of the enterprise process design and manage-ment is reported.The requirements and characteristics of manufacturing enterprise process meticulous management are analyzed. The solution of integrated information system for process meticulous management is proposed.The practical application of the in-formation system to a press enterprise proves that it can improve the efficiency and quality of the process design significantly.
