摘 要:针对大型圆锯片应力检测仪机架容易出现局部变形的问题,提出了一种基于有限元分析的优化设计方法。首先利用ANSYS Workbench软件对机架进行了静态、模态计算,得出了机架变形量较大的位置和应力主要集中的位置,然后在满足设计刚度要求及避免共振的情况下,对机架进行了轻量化设计,优化后的机架质量比优化前减轻了12.1%,节省了产品材料和制造成本,为锯片应力检测仪机架的设计提供了参考依据。In order to solve the problem of the deformation about a large circular saw blade detector frame,an optimization design method based on finite element analysis is proposed.Firstly,the static and modal calculation of the frame was completed with AN-SYS Workbench,and the areas of maximum principal stress and largest deformation were found.Secondly,the lightweight design was analyzed to verify if it met the design requirements on stiffness and resonance avoidance for the frame.As a consequence of the optimization,the frame weight was reduced by 12.1%,and this optimization method could save costs of materials and manu-facturing.The simulation results demonstrate that the method can provide a guideline for the design of the saw blade stress detec-tor frame.
