摘　　要：目的 探讨治疗会厌囊肿方法及其效果和优点.方法 表面麻醉下门诊经纤维喉镜应用射频治疗会厌囊肿56例.结果 56例患者治疗后随访6个月～1年获满意疗效.结论 射频治疗会厌囊肿具有快速、安全、痛苦小,暴露良好,不易出血等优点.Objective To compare the effect of radiofrequency therapy of cyst of epiglottis under laryngofiberscope performed. Methods 56 patients who had received radiofrequency therapy of cyst of epiglottis. Results 56 patients were satisfied with the effect of the treatment, Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 41years,none of the patients recurred. Conclusion Radiofrequency therapy of cyst of epiglottis underlaryngofiberseope performed has many advantages such as fast, safe, less pain and less bleeding.
