摘　　要：目的 探讨治疗会厌囊肿方法及其效果和优点.方法 住院病人在全麻下行支撑喉镜行会厌囊肿切除及等离子治疗30例.结果 30例患者治疗后随访6个月～1年获满意疗效.结论 等离子治疗会厌囊肿具有快速、安全、痛苦小,不易出血等优点,全麻下支撑喉镜下对会厌大囊肿效果理想.Objective To evaluate the effect of surgery using the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency for cyst of epiglottis under prop-up laryngoscope performed. Methods 30 patients who had received radiofrequency therapy of cyst of epiglottis under prop-up laryngoscope performed. Results 30 patients were satisfied with the effect of the treatment. Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 41years,none of the patients recurred. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency therapy of cyst of epiglottis under prop-up laryngoscope performed has many advantages such as fast, safe, less pain and less bleeding.
