摘　　要：介绍邯郸某小区供热计量改造方案的制定过程,评估小区改造前后节能效果。通过节能评估,对既有居住建筑进行供热计量改造,能够有效抑制供热系统楼宇内部的垂直失调现象,并满足室温可调和分户计量的要求。In this paper, we introduce a heat metering reformation scheme for a residential area, and ex- pound the evaluation of the energy saving effect before and after the heating metering renovation. By means of testing and evaluation for energy efficiency of the residential area, it is a effeetive method to restrain the vertical imbalance of heating system, through the heat metering renovation for existing residential buildings.
