摘 要:DP600高强钢板是汽车轻量化过程中用量较多的一种板材。通过LCJ-150型电子式拉扭试验机测试了DP600高强钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量和伸长率等力学性能。对DP600高强钢板进行了90°和120°自由弯曲及一定校正力下的V型弯曲试验,分析了相对弯曲半径r/t对回弹角Δα大小的影响。采用最小二乘法线性拟合了弯曲回弹角与相对弯曲半径的关系,将弹性模量及屈服强度代入拟合公式后,得到了DP600高强钢板在90°和120°弯曲时的回弹公式,且该式可以用于高强钢板模具设计。DP600 high-strength steel sheet is an extensively used material in the automotive lightweight process. Its mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation rate were obtained by LCJ-150 electronic tension torsion test machine. The V-type bending tests of 90° and 120° for DP600 high-strength steel sheets under the conditions of free bending and correction bending were done, and the influence of relative bending radius r/t on the springback angle △α was analyzed. The relationship of bending angle and relative bending radius was linearly fit by the least-squares method, and the formulas of springback angle at 90° and 120° ben- ding for DP600 high strength steel sheet were obtained by substituting the elastic modulus and yield strength into the fitting formula, and it can be used for stamping die design of high strength steel sheet.
