摘 要:以无凸缘筒形件为研究对象,设计了不压边拉深模和伺服压力机的运动模式,分析了不同的拉深高度与拉深速度时、筒形件的壁厚减薄率、加工硬化、微观组织结构的变化情况,得出伺服拉深速度对工件成形质量的影响规律。实验结果表明,当伺服拉深高度为43.5 mm时,零件达到了成形极限,相较于常规拉深,伺服拉深首次将拉深系数由m=0.5改善到m=0.47,并且能够降低工件的减薄率及圆角处微裂纹的产生,从而提高产品的成形质量。For the flangeless cylindrical cup,the drawing die without blank holding force and the working pattern of servo press were designed.Based on different drawing heights and speeds,the changes of thickness thinning rate,work-hardening and microstructure of cylindrical cup were analyzed,and the influence of servo drawing speed on the forming quality of parts was obtained.The experimental results show that the part reaches the forming limit when the servo drawing height is 43.5 mm,and firstly drawing coefficient is reduced from m = 0.5 to m = 0.47 compared with the traditional drawing,and also the thickness thinning rate of the part and the occurrence of microcracks at the corner can be reduced,thereby the forming quality of the part is improved.
