摘  要:在Marc软件下建立了电热镦粗工艺的电-热-力多场耦合分析模型,实现了对主要工艺控制参数的定量分析。着眼于研究某中等规格气阀锻件的电镦成形过程,并对该气阀的成形过程、温度场、等效应力场、等效塑性应变场、金属流线分布等进行数值模拟,分析了电镦成形的规律与特点。选择数值模拟所得参数进行试验验证,试验得到的"蒜头"形状与模拟得到的"蒜头"具有较高的相似性。这表明所建立的电-热-力多物理场耦合模型能很好地再现实际气阀电热镦粗成形过程,可将此作为一种行之有效的数值模拟方法推广到其他产品的电镦锻工艺中。The electrical-thermal-mechanical multi-field coupling model for electric upsetting forming process of exhaust valve was established by the Marc software,and the quantitative analysis on main process-controlling parameters was further conducted.The electric upsetting forming process of a medium size exhaust valve was investigated,and the numerical simulations of forming process,temperature field,equivalent stress field,equivalent plastic strain field and metal flowing line distribution of exhaust valve were further carried on.The rule and characteristics of electric upsetting forming process were investigated.Then the numerical simulation parameters were verified by experimental results,and it was found that the experimental "garlic"shape had a high similarity with the simulated one.The conclusion shows that this coupling model can represent the actual forming process of valve electric upsetting very well,and it also can be used for electric upsetting processes of other products as an effective numerical simulation method.
