摘　　要：突出发展民营经济是吉林省经济社会发展的必然要求,然而融资瓶颈成为了阻碍吉林省民营企业快速发展的重要因素。所有制歧视、资本市场不完善、担保体系不健全,以及民营企业自身的问题,制约了金融扩大对民营经济发展的支持。结合我省实际,从政府引导、机构设置、资本市场建设、信用制度完善、担保体系及多元金融支持体系建设等方面,构建全方位的支持民营经济发展的金融体系,将有力促进吉林省民营经济的发展。It is inevitable to develop private economy in Jilin Province. But,the financial difficulty prevents the private enterprises of Jilin Province from the rapid development. Ownership discrimination,imperfections of capital market,imperfect guarantee system as well as the problems of private enterprises are the main factors which restrict financial support for the development of private economy. It is vital to build a all-round financial system supporting private economic development in terms of government guidance,institutional settings,capital market construction,credit system improvement,guarantee system and multivariate financial supporting system construction in order to promote the private economic development of Jilin Province.
