摘 要:目的:建立GC法测定降香药材中反式苦橙油醇及4个氧化苦橙油醇异构体的含量。方法:采用HP-INNAWAX(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,程序升温,进样口温度230℃,流速1.5 mL·min^-1;FID检测器,温度250℃;载气为氮气。结果:反式苦橙油醇及氧化苦橙油醇A、B、C、D的线性范围分别为4.57~761.20 ng(r=0.9971)、1.95~146.55 ng(r=0.9988)、4.46~743.80 ng(r=0.9972)、2.17~406.30 ng(r=0.9999)、0.46~190.85 ng(r=0.9971);回收率(n=6)分别为95.4%、98.2%、98.7%、100.6%、100.4%;样品中上述5个成分的含量范围分别为0.90~16.61、0.60~7.61、1.14~8.75、0.24~2.19、0.12~1.34 mg·g^-1。结论:降香中5个成分的含量差别较大,且不同产地之间的含量差别也较大,需要有效控制,该方法简便、准确,能为降香质量控制提供依据。Objective: To establish the quality analysis method of trans- nerolidol and four nerolidol oxide isomers in Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum.Methods: The sample was determined with the capillary column of HP- INNOWAX( 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm),with the programmed temperatures,and the FID detector was used with the detector temperature at 250 ℃.The injector temperature was set at 230 ℃,the flow rate was 1.5 mL·min^-1.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas.Results: Trans- nerolidol and four nerolidol isomers A,B,C,D had good linearity in the range of 4.57- 761.20 ng( r = 0.9971),1.95- 146.55 ng( r = 0.9988),4.46- 743.80 ng( r =0.9972),2.17- 406.30 ng( r = 0.9999),0.46- 190.85 ng( r = 0.9971),respectively; the average recoveries( n = 6) were 95.4%,98.2%,98.7%,100.6% and 100.4%,respectively,and their content ranges in the samples were 0.90- 16.61 mg·g^-1,0.60- 7.61 mg·g^-1,1.14- 8.75 mg·g^-1,0.24- 2.19 mg·g^-1,0.12- 1.34mg·g^-1,respectively.Conclusion: Quality should be effectively controlled for there were large differences of the content between the five components in the Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum and Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum from different producing areas.A rapid,sensitive,accurate method was developed in the study which can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum.
