摘　　要：为解决纬编无缝内衣在原型设计方面不规范的缺陷,结合结构参数对塑身性的影响,对纬编无缝内衣的模型进行分区设计研究。在深入了解无缝内衣工艺设计的基础上,采用实验测量的方法研究纵横向密度、尺寸及弹性回复率之间的关系。通过探究各组织在不同电机密度值下的纵横密、尺寸及弹性回复率,得到结构参数对塑身性的影响。而后基于人体生理特征对无缝塑身内衣进行功能分区,并根据人体各部位对塑身性的不同要求,设计不同的结构参数。In order to solve defects of weft seamless underwear on prototype design,combined with the effect of structure parameters on shaping performance,the model of weft seamless underwear was partitioned and studied.Based on an in-depth research of technological design about seamless underwear,the vertical and horizontal density,size and elastic recovery ratio were experimentally measured.By analyzing density,size and elastic recovery ratio of various fabric weave at different motor density values,the effect of structural parameters on shaping performance was obtained.Then based on the characteristics of human physiological features,weft seamless underwear was functionally partitioned,and according to the different requirements of different part of human body,the different structure parameters were designed.
